Maximum Potential
Our boot camps are more than just a fun way to exercise. They are an experience filled with personal touches. Our Clients know that we care about them not just when they train with us once a week but all through out the week. They also know they belong to a group who motivate each other through our training sessions. That is why we have maintained clients for over 3 years now.
Boot Camps (Ten per group) (1 hour sessions) Groups vary from the very fit to the very UN fit. Our youngest client is 17, our oldest is 73. Our boot camps cater for anyone. We are just starting to target pre and post natal women as well.
One on one Personal Training. (1 hour sessions) Clients have the opportunity to train on their own with us; we conduct fitness sessions directly related to their life goals.
